If you are a pensioner member of RBS, UGPS or JVPS, you should have by now received a letter from the Chair outlining that some of our Scheme data was exflitrated as part of the Capita Cyber Incident (https://www.capita.com/news/update-actions-taken-resolve-cyber-incident).

We recognise that this may be a very worrying time for you. We are liaising with Capita in order to determine who was affected and what data items have been accessed. Once we are aware of this, we will write to each individual and outline which of their data items were exfiltrated. We will also write to confirm to you if your data was not exfiltrated.
We recommend that you take the opportunity to sign up to the Experian service outlined in your letter.
